Syn Free One Pot Penne Pizza Bake

Syn Free One Pot Penne Pizza Bake
I made Syn Free Hex Pizza for free (with wheat bread mix) and have made my own Syn Free Pizza sauce, not to mention Burger Stuffed Pizza and Potato Pizza Jackets, and now I am back with Syn Free One Pot Penne Baked Pizza! This is the best in one pizza pot bakes and gives you all the satisfaction of carbohydrate loaded pizza without guilt.

Ingredient
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)
  • 3/4 Pint Chicken Stock
  • 2tbsp Herbal Mixture
  • Light Fry
  • 500g of Penne Pasta
  • 1x Tin Tomato
  • 1x Onion (diced)
  • 1 / 2tsp Garlic Crushed
  • 10-15 Cherry Tomatoes (halved) plus extras for toppings
  • Extra Boiling Water (to add gradually when cooking)
  • Handful Basil (plus an additional topping)

For Toppings 240g Grated Mozzarella
  • Or alternative toppings of your choice
  • Ham (rough cut)
  • Mushroom slices

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Fry the onions with Light Fry and then add the garlic. Fry until soft.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes, then stock, then bring to a boil. Pour in penne paste and mix into the broth.
  4. Add canned tomatoes and stir until smooth. Cover and reduce heat. Stir and bring to a boil until the supply runs out and then add more water gradually.
  5. Stir in the basil, salt & pepper and mixed spices.
  6. Continue to stir, bring to a boil, and add water until the pasta is cooked then remove from heat. You don't want to be really careless, water should be added gradually to make a sauce that you don't need to drain. (see video if unsure)
  7. Spread the paste in the pan until you have a flat top and sprinkle the cheese evenly to cover.
  8. Add your toppings and spray with a little Light Fry. Add basil to the garnish.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the topping is cooked.
  10. Slice it into six pieces and enjoy with a salad or vegetables
