How to Make Sweet Martabak
  1. Prepare a large container, then add the flour, fresh milk, eggs, sugar, and salt.
  2. Stir the mixture until evenly distributed.
  3. Use a cloth to cover the dough container.
  4. Leave on for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Strain the mixture if there are still lumps.
  6. Heat a sweet martabak (non-stick / Teflon) baking pan over medium heat.
  7. Prepare baking powder, baking soda, and water and put it in a small container.
  8. After stirring until evenly mixed, mix it into the mixture. Stir the mixture until even.
  9. Apply cooking oil or butter to the pan. Use low heat.
  10. Pour the batter into the pan. Stir the top of the mixture slowly so that the dough covers the entire side of the pan.
  11. When the mixture is half done and air cavities appear on the entire surface, sprinkle sugar and cover.
  12. Once cooked, remove the martabak and place it on a cutting board.
  13. Spread the butter evenly.
  14. Sprinkle chocolate, nuts, or grated cheese.
  15. Add sweetened condensed milk.
  16. Cut the martabak in half.
  17. Stack until the sides that have been sprinkled with the contents stick together.
  18. Cut and divide according to taste.
