Chocolate S'mores Pudding Cake Recipe

Chocolate S'mores Pudding Cake Recipe
Graham crackers, chocolate pudding and marshmallow toppings make this Chocolate S'more Pudding Cake the perfect summer dessert for picnics and parties.
S'mores Cookie Cups is one of the sweet treats that I can't wait to make again.
This creates a hole or pocket to fill. Sweetened condensed milk, Jell-O, or pudding are usually the three things that you drizzle into the holes.
Because graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows are three components of good food, I make sure this chocolate poke cake has a lot of each.

Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Cook Time: 28 Minutes
Total Time: 48 Minutes

Ingredient
  • 8 tablespoons of butter, melts
  • 3 full size Hershey chunks, chopped
  • 1-7 ounces of marshmallow jar cream
  • 1 cup of miniature marshmallows
  • 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 box of chocolate cookies
  • 1 - 3.9 ounces of instant chocolate box pudding
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1- 8 ounces of Cool Whip container, thawed
  • 1 cup graham cracker chunks

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Combine graham chips and melted butter crumbs. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Prepare the cake mixture in the direction of the box. Spoon the mixture over the prepared skin. Bake for 28 minutes or until the toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  4. Let the cake cool for 10 minutes. Use a wooden spoon handle to gently punch the top of the cake. Use a napkin to keep the spoon clean when you do this.
  5. Mix the pudding and milk mixture. Pour over warm cookies, try to put the pudding in the hole.
  6. Use the back of the serving spoon to smooth and squeeze the pudding into more holes. You can also tap the pan at the counter to help the pudding settle in the hole.
  7. Chill for 30 minutes at the counter, then cool to cool completely.
  8. Stir all the thawed Cool Whip container and all the marshmallow cream jars gently. Spread the cake that has cooled.
  9. Sprinkle with chunks of candy, chunks of graham crackers, and marshmallows. Store in a closed container in the refrigerator.
