Broccoli Stir Fry Vegetarian Recipe

Broccoli Stir Fry Vegetarian Recipe
This Vegan Broccoli Stir Fried Recipe is my meal for those nights when I don't want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. It was damned very fast and delicious.
To be honest, when I prepare this broccoli stir-fry, I'll buy broccoli with a type of garlic sauce that can replicate one of my take-to-go orders.
This Broccoli Garlic Stir Fried Recipe is a super-fast 10-minute dinner that is light, fresh, and packed with vegetables.

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, beat the garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, vegetable broth, maple syrup and corn flour. Mix well. Put aside.
  2. Add vegetable oil to the pan over medium heat. Add shallots, peppers, and broccoli florets. Season with salt and pepper. Saute for about 6 to 8 minutes.
