Mushroom Melt Sandwich Recipe
Pure comfort food !! Sour sticky cheese, sweet caramelized onions and woody mushrooms are efficacious in a crisp layer. It goes well with a steaming hot bowl of soup.

Ingredient
  • 1 clove of finely chopped garlic
  • 2 slices of wheat bread 400g of bread
  • 1 large onion slice
  • 8oz sliced mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon mixture
  • Grated cheese grated 30g

Instruction
  1. In a large skillet sprayed with a light butter, over medium heat fry the onions until soft and caramel-colored, will take about 30 minutes, if starting to get a little too brown before soft, sprinkle with water. When cooked, remove from the pan and keep warm.
  2. Spray the pan with more fried lights and fry the mushrooms until soft and golden in color, add garlic and spices and cook for 2 more minutes, return the onions to the pan and stir well.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cheese into the mushrooms, mix the slices between slices of bread, each slice with a butter lamp, and cook between panini presses or fryers, until golden on both sides.
